LeAnn Rimes has been busy performing lately, and she just dropped a bunch of behind-the-scenes clips on Instagram of herself onstage. But there’s one special video that’s getting quite a lot of attention. In a clip, viewers see LeAnn covering Alanis Morissette’s “Uninvited,” and it is truly iconic.
The video shows LeAnn perching on a stool in slouchy jeans and a wrap-around crop top that shows off her impressively toned abs. Of course, she is busy belting out the beautiful song.
“I had so many requests for this song,” LeAnn wrote in the caption. “So for those of you that couldn’t join us on the night, here’s a sneak peek at #uninvited. Head to my youtube for the full clip 🤍.”
People cheered her on in the comments. “Full body chills ❤️,” one wrote, while another said, “she really brings new life into this song.”
This is hardly LeAnn’s only abs moment lately. There was this one:
And this one:
Are you wondering how LeAnn gets so strong and toned at 40? Well, the star previously told Us Weekly that she’s all about jumping rope. “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” she said.
She’s also been known to do so Soul Cycle classes with her husband, Eddie Cibrian, along with playing tennis—a sport she’s posted about on Instagram for years.
She’ll even whip out workouts in her dressing room, and she shared snippets of one of those sweat seshes on her Instagram Story back in 2021. In the video, LeAnn can be seen doing a round of pushups with side twists, leg lifts combined with weighted ball slams, tricep dips in a chair in her dressing room, and reverse squats with her rear foot elevated on an armchair while holding the ball on her shoulder.
On the food front, LeAnn told Women’s Health in 2020 that she’s big on finding a balance. She likes to kick off her day with Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, which features chopped spinach, lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice, among other things. After that, she works out.
Lunch is usually leftovers from the night before. “Our leftovers range from mushroom and poblano tacos in almond flour tortillas, to smoky white bean and greens soup, to a delicious chicken and veggie stir fry,” LeAnn said.

She’ll usually snack on an apple, small bag of Bada Beans, or Coco Bakes’ Grain-Free Cinnamon Sugar Buns. And, for dinner, LeAnn will usually make a bowl using cauliflower as a base, topped with protein like marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken, with tons of greens and veggies on top.
Get it, LeAnn!
