If there’s one thing everyone can count on Kendall Jenner for, it’s a well-curated Instagram selfie dump. And the young Kardashian sister is at it again—the supermodel treated her friends and followers again to a slew of new short videos on her feed, showing Kendall looking super strong and confident.
In the videos, Kendall, 27, posed in a dimly lit bedroom, showing off her wavy hair in a nearby mirror. She then snapped a couple of quick videos, and dang, does the girl have abs. Kendall’s core is mega-toned in the videos.
“gnight,” Kendall captioned the Instagram post. Everyone was quick to hype her up in the comments, even her sisters. Kim even left her a note saying, “actually perfect.” Another person wrote, “Go easy on us 🔥 🤤.”
Wondering what the model does to stay so strong? Well, you should also know that she has a state-of-the-art wellness room in her home, which certainly helps in the health department.

Yup, Kendall has a personal hyperbaric chamber, which is said to aid in muscle recovery and a red light therapy bed, which is believed to help with cellular repair, right in the comfort of her own home.
“[I have] this whole new room in my house that has all these crazy gadgets and gizmos,” Kendall shared on her family’s show, The Kardashians, per Vogue.
Kendall is also very open about her struggles with anxiety. “My anxiety (especially social anxiety) has been on 100 lately. I’ve come to a place where I don’t feel bad about it,” the model wrote in an IG post. “i am finding ways to help me start my day off with a calmer, more positive mindset. that being said, I wanted to just spread some good vibes ☺️.”
She then shared more of her routines when she is handling her anxiety, which includes journaling, getting some sunshine, and taking deep breaths.
BTW, Kendall also loves sound healing. This is a practice that involves using different sound frequencies and vibrations to improve your physical and mental health. And while there is no medical evidence on this method’s efficacy, it certainly sounds like a great time.
When it comes to working those strong abs, you should that Kendall has a pretty killer core routine that she opts for during sweat seshes. During the routine, the supermodel does several plank variations, crunches, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, and more, per Byrdie.
When it comes to her diet, Kendall doesn’t share too much in the way of nutrition, but it’s clear that she loves cucumbers…as long as she doesn’t need to cut them herself, IYKYK.
