Ellie Goulding just showed up on Good Morning America to perform, and she rocked the stage with her incredible voice and super-toned abs.
- In photos from the day, Ellie was walking around on stage in a cut-out wrap top that showed off how strong she is, from head to toe.
- The singer has published her own book on her best health and wellness routine advice.
Ellie, 36, hit up the Big Apple to film a song for Good Morning America, and she got busy debuting her seriously toned abs in the process. Of course, her outfit was just as epic as her abs: She paired a cut-out satin stop with a pair of wide-legged pants. Ellie is also rocking brown hair lately, and it looks fab.
Here’s a shot of Ellie heading in to film the segment:
Ellie was literally glowing during her appearance, and I couldn’t help but wonder if it has something to do with her wellness methods, all of which are featured in her brand new book, Fitter. Calmer. Stronger. : A Mindful Approach to Exercise and Nutrition, which was released in January.
The book features the recipes that keep the Grammy-nominated artist fueled. (Hint: It includes lots of veggies and poke bowls…yum!). She also advises readers to find rituals that work the best for them.
For Ellie, one workout that really works wonders, mentally and physically, is a good boxing session. “Boxing is very animalistic, and there’s a lot of adrenaline in it. It has helped my stamina. When I’m on stage, I feel like I could go on forever,” she shared with Marie Claire in 2021.
For other cardio workouts, the singer told Women’s Health UK she’s always up for a Barry’s Bootcamp class and enjoys running on a track. And if you turn on a Drake song, there’s a good chance Ellie will totally crush that workout, per Marie Claire.

Ellie isn’t all work and no play, though. She makes it clear that she’s all about balance. Case in point: She’s a big chocolate lover. “If someone brings in chocolate, I’m not going to deny myself. What works for me is to have everything in moderation. There’s always room for improvement,” she told Marie Claire.
