P!nk has made it *very* clear over the years that she’s an athlete who loves competition. So, it’s hardly shocking to see her playing in a charity tennis tournament and bringing her A-game.
The 43-year-old just dropped a ton of photos in her Instagram Stories of herself at the Desert Smash celebrity charity tennis tournament in the coolest hot pink outfit. There’s P!nk displaying her seriously toned arms and legs as she hits the ball, gets ready to receive a serve, and yells after a play. She also received a glass of bubbly through a wall from a gloved server, posed with world No. 14 player Frances Tiafoe, and shared a smile with her on-court partner, pro player Grigor Dimitrov.
In the last slide, P!nk posed alongside a slew of tennis players while wearing a red tank top and matching shorts that showed off her next-level muscle tone. “So much f’ing fun,” she wrote over top. So…clearly she had a good time.
Of course, P!nk doesn’t just dabble as a charity tennis player—she works out regularly, too. In fact, she casually dropped a photo on Instagram a few weeks ago of herself doing a perfect boat pose in what appears to be her home gym alongside her kids. “Morning workout buddies #fitandstrongmom ♥️,” she wrote in the caption.
Apparently, her kiddos join her semi-regularly for her workouts. Back in 2020, P!nk shared video of herself doing the challenging crow pose with her son Jameson on her back.
P!nk also works out regularly with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, doing cardio-sculpt workouts together. In fact, P!nk tagged Jenkins in a recent bikini post she shared on Instagram, with Jenkins commenting, “So grateful to work with you for so many years!”
The two shared several virtual workouts together on YouTube in 2020, featuring some intense moves like mountain climbers, jumping jack-squat combos, and one-legged squats that are all total booty and thigh burners. “I see a lot of people are ready to get their butts kicked,” P!nk joked before one. By the way, Jenkins called P!nk “one of the hardest working women I’ve ever met,” in a sweet Instagram birthday shout-out, so she clearly comes to play with their workout sessions.
On the food front, P!nk previously told Food & Wine that she tries to eat well to fuel her needs. “I eat a lot [on tour], because I work out four and a half hours a day: a two-hour show, plus yoga, cardio and a rig check with the flying apparatuses,” she said. She also loves to cook.

“I take cooking classes for vacation,” she said. “Last summer I went to Les Prés d’Eugénie, Michel Guérard’s place in France, for five days. We made croissants and coq au vin. They have an incredible wine list.”
Pink, everyone!
