Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s love story is one for the ages. And in honor of Valentine’s Day, the newlyweds seem to be celebrating by showing off their matching tattoos together, and celebrating their commitment to each other. J.Lo dropped a peek of her tat in an Instagram post, and it looks like she opted for an infinity symbol with an arrow through it on her ribcage. Oh, and her abs are literally washboard-level toned.

If you’re wondering how Jennifer gets her core that strong, you should know that she takes her ab workouts seriously. One of J.Lo’s personal trainers Dodd Romero previously shared her go-to core workout with O, the Oprah Magazine, which features: 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate. But that’s not all: from there, she does 35 reps of everything, and then an additional 21 reps of everything—with no breaks in between.
Another one of her personal trainers, David Kirsch, shared with Vogue more about their sessions together. “We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full-body, core and lower body into her workouts—they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me. You say, ‘we’re going to do this’, and she’s like, ‘great!’” he told the magazine. “Her workouts are fast-paced. She’s very focused and high energy.”
Kirsch added that he incorporates moves like sumo lunges, sidekicks and plyometric squat jumps into their workouts together, too. And of course, dance is also a huge part of her fitness routine. Check these moves out:

Abs aren’t just made in the gym, though. They’re also made in the kitchen. As such, J. Lo makes sure she stocks her fridge with healthy foods. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly that he thinks “the most important thing is that the pantry is always stocked, the fridge is always stocked. Sparkling water, always fruits and vegetables, like strawberries, even though Jennifer is not a big fruit person.”
He went on: “The kids love their fresh berries. There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice. They love starting their day with a green juice. Eggs is always the biggest one. Turkey bacon is always the biggest one.”
