Charli XCX is bringing the heat at the 2023 Brit Awards. - The star showed up in a nipple-baring naked dress and thong, showing off her sculpted abs and legs.
- Charli hasn’t shared a ton about her health routines, but she speaks out about her mental health, and tries to exercise reguarly.
Charlotte Aitchison (aka Charli XCX) has gotten attention for speaking out about the lack of female artists nominated at this year’s Brit Awards. “We’re doing everything right. I don’t think it’s our fault. I think it might be theirs,” she said on the red carpet, calling out show organizers.
Still, she didn’t let her frustration keep her from turning up in a show-stopping naked dress. Charli wore a sparkly see-through halter gown layered over a white thong. She paired the ‘fit with a strong free-the-nipple moment and her toned legs, abs, and arms. The overall effect was epic and powerful. Charli made it clear how she felt in her Instagram post about the night. “Real Winner,” she wrote in the caption. Yesss, Charli!
People cheered her on in the comments. “I’m on the floor,” said one, while another wrote, “now that’s how you SLAY #WINNER.”

One thing that’s clear—besides Charli’s amazing sense of humor—is that she’s super strong. If you’re wondering what her health and fitness routines look like, there are a few insights I can share.
While Charli hasn’t shared much about her workouts lately, she did previously tell Forbes that she aims to exercise regularly. “I perform in a really high octane and energetic type of way. So, for me, it’s important to keep fit,” she said. “Also, I find that if I don’t exercise, I feel less awake. I try to work out five times a week because it really lifts my mood and makes me feel more positive. It’s important for me to stay balanced.”
Charli points out that it’s “just not practical” for her to work out five days a week when she’s traveling, but she makes sure to take certain gear with her on the road. “I always take a yoga mat everywhere and do body-weight exercises,” she said. “I try to do that before each show. It really works for me.”

Back in 2020, Charli shared an Instagram live workout with Diplo that included pushups, planks, and plenty of resistance band work. And, while Diplo was leading the whole thing, Charli definitely held her own.
