Sofia Vergara is reminding everyone that she’s still on vacation mode in her recent posts on Instagram.
The 50-year-old Modern Family alum posed in a black bikini while showing off her totally toned legs and abs. Sofia has posted several photos from her trip with the hashtag #casachipichipi, which fans believe is what she calls her secret vacation home in the Caribbean.
“Playa brisa y mar ππππ y β€οΈ,” she captioned the post.
Unsurprisingly, her followers were quick to show their support in the comments. “U trying to kill us?” one user joked. “π₯π₯ Too hot to handle,” added another. “Wowwww,” chimed a third.
If you’re wondering what Sofia does to stay so fit, you’re in luck. She’s been open about her fitness regimen and often shares her workouts on social media. In November, she posted a video of herself using a booty band and doing leg lifts and pulses.
She also uses ankle weights while doing micro-movements for a lower body burn.

Still, Sofia isn’t one to shy away from a bit of cardio…just don’t ask her to go on a run.
“She doesn’t like to run, sometimes she’ll get on the spin bike for 15 minutes, but she prefers to walk on a high incline,” said Sofia’s personal trainer Jennifer Yates, per Marie Claire. As for her core, Yates revealed that crunches and planks are Sofia’s go-to, especially during red carpet season.
As for her diet, Sofia makes an effort to fuel up on the right food to get her through her workouts and busy schedule. She’s all about enjoying everything in moderation.
βMy biggest temptation, the thing I canβt live without, for sure, is cake,β she told PEOPLE. βI always have to have cake in my house. I try to only eat it from Friday to Sunday, but, of course, that doesnβt always workβ¦I literally work out just so I can give in to the temptation and eat the cake. My workout motto is βNo pain, no cake!’β
